Killing TRJ as a follower of Jiyva?

I was originally was just fighting fire with fire via Jiyva's mutations against his own monster... it worked pretty well for awhile, but I got cocky and forgot my defenses halfway through, and I suddenly took a hit that was worth 50% of my health out of nowhere and died before I could get away. I didn't ponder it until now, but does something special happen if one actually manages to kill that creature while a follower of Jiyva?

Voxden wonders if there is a special interaction when you kill The Royal Jelly while killing Jiyva (for example, a funny message, Jiyva placing you under penance, Jiyva ceasing to exist, etc)

Actually killing TRJ doesn't do much (except not give you xp), but each attack will increase penance.
