The devs seem to have realized that dangerous toys don't belong in the hands of small children and goblins. I just killed Ijyb in my recent trunk installation, and I did not find a wand on the floor afterwards. Life is a bit safer again!

I think you will be disappointed when the bug is fixed. It is very unlikely that devs wanted to change Ijyb and waited for the wand stacking first.

Yeah, this was a bug, fixed in c317228d6, sorry. (But he'll never zap you with lightning again!)

That's now the second time that I rejoice about something here, just to have it passed on to the bug tracker. Next time I'd better keep quiet. I like Ijyb better without a two-shot option. After all, he is just a small goblin...

The commit advil just linked to, which fixed the bug, was made before you posted this topic.

Ijyb is female btw.

So that makes her a small gobliness. Still not killer-wand material...
I will hang on to my current trunk version for as long as possible.
