The god of diving branches, divegod wants you to dive. This god provides knowledge and speed, and utility, but very little in the way of damage.
Divegod allows a free charge of his active abilities to be used each floor.
Likes: Decent without exploration:
Dislikes: Upstairs (Prompts piety loss, not penance)

Passive: Big Game Hunter: Starting Location and Identity of 5 mobs worth the most XP on floor are shown when a player enters the floor. Locations of all Artifacts, Books and Staircases revealed
Active: Distraction Trivial Piety, 3 free/floor: Target a square in LoS, place an invulnerable fulminent prism that does no damage but makes huge noise in 50 auts.

Passive: Player cannot be seen by non-adjacent enemies while in cosmetic clouds
Active: FogWall - Fog, Moderate Piety, 1 free/floor, trivial piety Creates a 3-wide line of cosmetic clouds between two points in LoS. Long Duration, clouds do not decay outside of LoS

Passive: Passive Speed Bonus 1, -0.1 aut/move
Active: Warp back to floor entrance. High Piety, 1 free/floor

Active: Improved Damage Shave = 50%, 1 free/floor, High Piety

Active: Doppleganger Spawn a friendly Player Ghost of yourself 1 free/floor, Very High Piety

Passive: Speed Bonus 2
Piety: You lose significant piety each time you take an up staircase. This can be negated by finding runes. S-branch Runes offer 5 free upstairs, getting you back to lair +1 floor. Slime offers 5+Slime Lair Depth +1, getting you out of lair. Visiting elf 3 gives 5. Silver Rune gives 5. Disabled in Tomb, Pan, and Abyss. Golden gives 7. Hell Runes give 2.
Edge Cases: Maps with all downstairs on an unaccessable section of map.
Edit: Problem: Slime presents a huge problem. Solution: Shatter Glass- Break adjacent clear wall. Player has two win conditions, either killing TRJ or ninja'ing his rune.
