Was VS nerfed?

I'm not seeing it in the changelogs, but I swear they used to have faster regeneration at XL 1
Three wins: Gargoyle Earth Elementalist of Ash, Ogre Fighter of Ru, Deep Dwarf Fighter of Makhleb (0.16 bugbuild :( )

Yes, indirectly when regen mut was modified

I believe it was a big nerf for them, now they are pretty bad during first levels.
