Sludge Elf Rework
Make Sludge Elves a unique Melee/Mage hybrid by making their melee attacks grow stronger as they cast more spells, but reduce success% as well.

Melee Attributes: 0 across the board
Summoning: -2
Charms: -2

Spellcasting: 0

So I think this explores a gameplay style different from anything in crawl, where a character has a severely limited amount of spell casts available during the course of a fight. I imagine the standard use of the character would be: See a threat. Cast a couple spells. Melee it to death.
I want the species to be using fun magic, so I gave it negative attributes in summoning, charms, and hexes.
Innate Abilities
- Contamination occurs on spellcast regardless if it succeeds or not
Auxiliary tentacle attack that becomes stronger with higher contamination
Spellcasting becomes more difficult with higher contamination
Mutations are more likely to be beneficial, but are naturally removed after a short amount of time. (Open to Change, needed to counteract the mutations that come from high contamination)
