New Race: Draugr

Draugr:

- undead
- gain levels at the same speed as demigods
- -10% hp
- -1 to all skills across the board.
- human attributes
- eats normally.

Why?

To be able to play an actual undead without a weird mechanic (even ghouls are always hungry...).

Great. No annoying eating, no annoying resting after being poisoned. Make it unable to use throwing and evocations to help with inventory management IMHO

Don't think undead status is a compelling enough reason to add another race that's basically human lite. Would rather just see rot removed from Gh instead.

give it:

-faster leveling
+10% more hp
-an additional -1 to all skills
-no %!
-one level COLD vulnerability

i think this qualifies as a unique design
