FR: Mark altars as 'useless' when playing as Demigod

I don't understand the nature of this request, "useless" is an item flag that means you don't auto pick it up, you can't pick up altars, and they aren't items, so i am confused what you actually want to see happen here...

Do you mean "make altars show up in a dark/grayed out font" or something

"Useless" items also don't show up in search unless you ask for them to. It clutters the search menu.

While that is true, I am confused. What string are you regularly searching for that gives out the altars? "." I'd understand, but that ignores altars already (to my great disappointment). Can't think of anything else I have ever searched for that gave out altars as byproduct.

I think that perhaps altars should only use the word "altar" and the name of the god for finding purposes, at no point does anyone sensible want to search for a substring inside "shattered" to find the altar for ash.
