Remove ignition or rework Vehumet gift

Remove ignition or rework Vehumet gift

The only reason for going Vehumet is to access Fire Storm/Glaciate.

Ignition blocks large portion of probability that Vehumet grants Fire Storm,
and Ignition definitely more sucks than Fire Storm

Or alternative solution could be removing Ignition from only Vehumet "final" giftset

It is true that on a FE who had trained Conjurations and Fire Magic higher than anything else recently(earth magic third), I got offered Ignition, Crystal Spear, and Tornado(???) recently. Getting 2 level 8 spells and only one level 9 spell for a school I had not trained at all sucked pretty hard, I feel like everyone just wants a nice big level 9 spell castable fairly soon if they go veh.

personally i like vehumet's superwizardry passive, which is relevant on more characters than the level 9 spells
