- Randomly dismisses uniques and other monsters (use pacification code)

- Whenever such a dismissal/pacification occurs, get a global message "Boris was fired for insubordination! SAD!

- Maybe have some suicide bombers occur? Inner flame monsters that randomly get dangerous weapons?

We could call the unique "the Ducktator"? After all, if it quacks, swims, and looks like a ducktator - the probability of it being one is high.
