Well just for you I edited the species file, trolls and kobolds now use wholly original names generated to be similar to Snorg and Purgy. Don't say I never did anything for you.
This just leaves Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats, but it doesn't actually directly crib names from it so much as generate names that are similar to names from the book. Also, it was published in 1939 by T. S. Eliot, who died in 1965; definitely newer than any other source on the list but it's not really a modern work.
Pathfinder goblin names were somewhat of a holdover from earlier versions when I didn't really intend to show anyone this. Notably, Halflings, Orcs, Elves, and Dwarves all stole their names from Tolkien originally.
