He often comes together with Nikola, so be sure that he has some rElec.

He also cares an (enchanted) triple sword (of distortion) or even the greatest plutonium sword!

I was totally serious about Alberto, it is not a joke.

I guess it's because you didn't list stuff like HD, HP, EXP, speed, frequency and so on. You should also add a reason why you think it's good to add this unique to the game, and I think this is the most important point.

HEY MODS! When you do moderation stuff, why don't you leave a post with the reasons for the edit, or inform the author of the moderated content with a message?
