slow everywhere else (weighed down by the medals)
starts game with endorsement deals which make gold drop more frequently and in higher qualitys
destroys doors when walking through them, but the doors are replaced after 24 hours or so. maybe loses gold when going through the doors?? too??
cannot wear helms (goggles)
cannot have allies, cannot sac love
gold drops less as you level up and lose endorsement deals

maybe this works as a god ??

* you can just totally ignore shallow water penalties
** +dodge, +dex or +ev
*** you can sacrifice corpses (clears doors)
**** shallow water tiles don`t even generate anymore and you can (a) Dive into any, you know, regular water tiles. its like blink but you end up drowning
***** ignore this, make like hellcrawl and only four piety levels for gods
