DCSS TrunkWatchWatch™©®: An Open-Letter Cease & Desist

To Whom It May Concern:
It has come to our attention that in recent days several Tavern threads ("the Threads") have appeared purporting to represent true and original DCSS TrunkWatch™ content. After a thorough review by our firm's legal staff and independent consultants with expertise in online bulletin board systems, the Threads have been determined to dilute the brand of DCSS TrunkWatch™ ("the Brand"). Several of the Threads even include statements and symbols comprising misleading, false, and/or defamatory claims to ownership over the Brand by individuals other than our client.
This letters serves as formal notice to all parties responsible that such parties must hereby cease and desist from any and all activities that could reasonably be construed to further dilute the Brand, falsely claim ownership over the Brand, or in any way harm or malign the reputation of the brand and/or our client.
Pursuant to the interests of our client, we respectfully suggest that, henceforth, any party intending to publish or otherwise disseminate information, electronically or otherwise, concerning recent and timely updates to the video game known as Dungeon Crawl: Stone Soup ("the Game") do so under a unique and original brand of that party's own devising and without reference to the Brand or our client.
Failure to comply with the terms of this letter will result in escalating legal action, up to and including the pursuit of civil damages, criminal charges, and/or formal restrictions on further participation in the Tavern ("the Banhammer").
