Creates a Meph-Cloud-like BEEEEE-cloud. Anybody who is inside is poisoned, and runs around screaming BEEEEES. That is, they are confused. The difference between this and MephCloud is that even poison-immune monsters won't enter it, because seriously, who likes bees?
