Sound patch for Console made by Crawler

this is made by Skorean user "Crawler".
but BEWARE! I guess this is made without caution to copyrights.
Recommend you guys to use this as checking on how this sound patch things work.
I'll talk to him when I have a chance. He came back to the community a day ago.
Edit1) I talk with him a while ago and we may make a new patch that the library is came from "rightufl" library. But I don't know when this will be accompolished.
