I really didn't think it would be possible to acquire a wand of flame on V:5.

I had a Spriggan that ascended 15 runes with no hats. I'd searched the Loot vaults of Slime, Tomb, Tartarus and Dis for Hats and Acquired Armour 3 times to get a hat. No Hats. Don't dis getting a hat.
