Unrand Shield That Blocks Bolts

I think Warlock's Mirror already does that, well, it doesn't just block them, it reflects them.

it was also proposed as a 'stoppage' shield ego a few months back (and i implemented it in a branch), but mpa argued that it would be better as an unrand... which leaves us back at the first post.

Blocks all of them more regularly? Only blocks crossbow bolts and perhaps arrows (not other kinds of bolts) but blocks them more perfectly? Blocks many things, but never reflects?

I don't quite follow what you mean, but OP means a shield that blocks bolts of fire, cold, lightning etc. while normal shields don't block any of these, including shields of reflection. It has nothing to do with crossbow bolts.

Reflection, reflects any non melee attack which can be blocked if the attack is blocked.
Op meant bolt type spells and abilities.
It already exists in far more powerful version, as warlocks mirror, it basically makes any non melee non aoe spell/abillity blockable (including hexes, malmute etc.) and thus reflectable, excluding smiting, iirc
