Well, I am not sure there is anything to brag about in current crawl. With speedruns you need much luck and lots of patience (lose 95+% games and even suicide characters if they are too slow), with "hard" combos you need just lots of patience without any luck (no autoexplore, retreat 10+ tiles before fighting a goblin, optimal training etc.).
It looks like the whole game is about patience

I don't like DUHZ as it is currently defined. You can scum XP as Mu or Vp, for example.
