Has an ability like boulder beetle (rolling dash), but much, much faster (like OOD or faster)
If player is directly near him while he is dashing, get severe spine damage

Always drop +2 boots of running.

basically rF+, rC+, rPois

He can have one of 3 kinds of barriers; fire barrier, ice barrier, thunder barrier.
Fire barrier: rF+++. like ring of flames, but no rC-
Ice barrier: rC+++
Thunder barrier: rElec+++ (immune, like electric golems)

He can change the kind of barrier he will use if he want

Feels a bit cheap to include what might be the most powerful (non-randart) boots in the game for many characters on a unique that might appear in most games.

I feel like this unique is more suited to being the high priest of Xom, so he can Control Chaos or something.
