Mini tournament challenge - Results!

I have been thinking of a bit of a warm up for the tournament, and come up with the following challenge.

this is the list of best scores by character class I have found

Some of the best character scores looked quite low, and I did a bit of analysis. Some of these are because they are new (OP, SK) some are because they are old ( OM, GN, etc) and one because it is no longer a valid character class (DGBe)

once you strip all of those out you see an unloved character class with some low "best" scores - so I though I would lay down an Abyssal Knight challenge.

Rules

1) End date of midnight 19 July - start Now.
2) 1 point for each new AK high score (excluding OP)
3) 1 bonus point for the best new AK high score

Progress update - 2 new best scores for Deep dwarf (1,525,690) by hyperbolic and Troll by DrkPaladin (153,360).

I have also just noticed AK is the only class that 78291 has never won with!

He probably won CK of Lugonu before the class was split, though.

Regarding that DDAK game: why abandon 5 different gods before taking up Makhleb? Is there some strategy there that I don't understand, or is it just to spice it up?

I'm a bit confused about how scores are obtained, so I have a quick dumb question: Do scores obtained in Webtiles count toward this mini-challenge?

Also, where can I find more info about the tournament (not the mini-challenge)? I've been lurking on this forum every so often until now, but I haven't seen anything about it (or missed it somewhere...).

I think so - at least the games that I play on webtiles also show up on the related pages (but I'm not good enough to have a high score)
