Replace Draconian's boot slot with barding/kneepads

Reasoning: you just cant come in terms with the fact that your draconian is wearing boots but also has goat legs.

Demonspawns have normal legs and they may end up with goat feet, which is even uglier, but they cant use boots anyways.
