Why do demon lords (random pan lords, fixed pan lords, hell lords) have bigger sprites on tiles? They take up twice the space of a normal tile, so their top half is in the grid above.

Because it's bad ass.

it's pretty funny in zigs/print, where there's rooms full of panlords (which the game can't really render well at all)

One of my hidden wishes is having dragons occupying a tile and half, although they aren't uniques. It's just that dragons are cool. Anyway, there already is the Serpent of Hell for them.
