Sif Muna is the worst god

People keep complaining about Beogh and Pakellas but really the worst god is Sif Muna, it is extremely frustrating when you CANNOT memorize the following spells due to spell slots limitation:

It is not polite to tell a person that he is wrong when you haven't read his arguments and are not going to read them going forward either.

My point is that I am really frustrated. It feels like hypothetical Okawaru who gifted you macabre finger necklace, amulet of Vitality, brooch of Shielding , amulet of the Four Winds and amulet with {Reflect, rF+, rC+, slaying +6} on a single floor.

Edit. In case it is not clear I am XL 24 so I won't be able to get many spells slots despite spellcasting is my second highest skill.

if you can't memorize those spells then if you're playing well you have better spells memorized. i'm not a fan of sif but i can't say having an embarrassment of riches is a really compelling downside.

My experience with Sif is the opposite: I get a lot of crap as gifts, Sif is Okawaru's twin.

Although, looking at your list, it contains a lot of crap as well. Why would you want Song of Slaying? Metabolic eng? Cure Poison? Warp weapon?

And If you learn menagerie and shadow creatures, all the other summoning spells on the list are pretty useless.

I am a VpEn with low Str whose best weapon was dagger before I found a demon blade and manual of Long Blades in Crypt 3 so Song of slaying could (and still can) be very useful for me.
Lack of cure poison means that I need to stay at hungry or retreat from Green Draconians/Golden Dragons which is annoying provided they are no threat.
This is first time when I use Haunt and while it is awesome spell indeed it does not solve all problems. Summon Hydra would be much better vs hasted Ancient Champion. Warp Weapon could be great in some situation too like when I had to avoid Khufu and co in Crypt 3 despite being immune to torment (together with Aura of Abjuration the fight might be extremely easy).
Summon Hydra might be very good in corridors (Haunt is pretty weak there) and I haven't memorized neither MM nor Shadow Creatures
It's really weird that I had to amnesia EH as En to make room and that's without RMsl/DMsl even

It depends on what you mean as "need". I am sure I can win the game with Haste and Discord alone. All those spells are useful in different situations.

Also, just how high is your Spellcasting? I believe each level of Spellcasting gives 2 spell levels to memorize...

Also I forgot to list Darkness (1%) in OP. My spellcasting was 17+ and I was in Depths, no need to change spells for every branch at this point.

Well, as I learned from spectating your game dragoncall + Sif Muna is a broken combo, even more broken than Animate Dead + Kiku + Death Channel.

Sif DCall is ridiculous, yeah. Sif's miscast protection also allows you to cast spells that would otherwise be dangerous with impunity. Sif is good. I am a fan of Sif.
