the +7 Phase Blade (Same stats as demon blade). Ignores AC.

I thought the game wanted to get away from purely good, no-tradeoff-necessary unrandarts. This seems very very good and has no drawback.

It has no brand and doesn't do anything vs. enemies who don't have high AC.

I actually proposed it as a brand once. No extra damage, just ignores AC. (be a second Tloc-themed brand [to compete with Necromancy's three (Pain, Drain, Vampiric)]).
