Ice Rod

Area Control/Fleeing Focused Rod idea.

Rod of Ice - Deals low damage (checks rC). On tiles where it hits monsters, it leaves a freezing cloud. On all other spaces it leaves a ball of snow, which is just a fragile statue. Range, duration of clouds and maximum number of statues depend on Evo. Regardless of evo, initial hit is weak and statues are as fragile as butterflies.

E-rod:

Evoke to generate a [randomly choosen cloud of: noxious fumes, mutagenic fog, smoke]. Whenever you evoke it, hostiles in LOS have a chance to go berserk. The chance scales up in enclosed spaces.

a-rod, same effect as iron shot, but sometimes gives you the effects of a potion of might.
