FR: GIVE SPIDER FORM SHORT BLADE STABS

Spider form
Spider form
Kills an ogre
Like it kills a worm

But can you stab?
Yes you can
But it's bad
Few !s are had

LOOK OOUT
I WANT SPIDER STABS

"Form" and "worm" don't rhyme. Get the hell out of here.

You don't pronounce it "Ferm?"

Not with that attitude, they don't.
But you just follow your own wont.
Perhaps you'll see the light of day
When you finally see this pronunciation my way
But until then you're stuck in the black,
Facing with rash fearlessness the wrath of my attack
I'll word-smash your smack-talking yappity-yap back
So you find your hack self drinking y'own blood like your cognac
Cause I've got ferocity in my verbosity
As clear to see as this, my verbal victory
(And you predicted me to be the one to leave?)
Please, tell me more about rhyme schemes
(But keep it to your wildest dreams.)

Verbosity and victory rhyme even less than form and worm. :P

They actually rhyme more. It's just not a deep rhyme.

Verbosity and victory like monarchy and shooting spree.

Your rhymes are syllabic, the next thing to weak
'Cause your smoking's cannabic, you're far past your peak.
You need more direction, it's time to confess.
My rhymes are perfection, and start on the stress.

To be fair, I failed to assemble
A melodic, lilting strain;
But at this one, you will tremble
For real strength I cannot feign.
You've arrived here to lambaste
My somewhat dubious attempt
But your time to chide has passed,
I do know where to place accent.
You've all fallen to my trap,
A spider's web of great design
For what you decried bad rap
Was just an innocent eye-rhyme.

You spin your so-called web, a vast array of lies
In vain attempt to hide your shame from tavern eyes.
You claim you're Shakespeare—no, not even Dr Dre
Would cast such lowly verse into the light of day.
Now, to be fair, you tried the very best you can,
And fixed your rhymes, but still: your poem fails to scan.
So check yourself, it's time that you admit defeat
Before you're buried 'neath my six iambic feet.

Oh-ho-ho, hexapede,
I have no need to plead:
I know my poetry
and won't submit.

You will soon find that I'm
indefatigable;
doubling these dactyls shall
give you a fit.

But should you manage to complete the task,
I'd be amazed, but would have more to ask;
Although you seem poetically inclined,
There's other things I wove this thread with mind.
You see, I find when fighting with UC,
One's stabs are near as bad as they could be.
That is, without a unique set of shoes,
Which let you stab with fists, should you so choose ...
That being said, they're very hard to find,
So I propose Assassin's stabs combined
With Spider form, quite flavorful and great:
So you can stomp all with not six but eight.

Sir Neil and Sir Hurricos
Poetry-schmoetry
I'm feeling bellicose
My name is Zip.

You clowns on the tavern are
Characteristically
Trite and pedestrian
Thus ends my quip.

Returning to the original topic of the thread...

If it's a buff
That you desire
That's too tough
Die in a fire
Burma-Shave

(PS please don't actually die in a fire, I would feel bad)

There once was an arch-lich named Boris
Whose skull was incredibly porous.
He would shout out, when slain,
"I shall be back again!"
And his bone-holes would whistle in chorus.

am I too lazy?

The autumn has come
Cut the chaff of rhyming schemes
Haiku is winter
