If it is +15 and slow, maybe renaming it does make sense. It is an accurate weapon, sure, but that is no longer the distinguishing feature, so "Sniper" seems off.

Anyway for base type "Arbalest" seems to fit best—those were heavy siege crossbows.

Oka was very wise here, you can assume the hat has hidden +5 AC and rElec because that rF+ allowed me to use Storm Dragon Armour instead of FDA.

Ds dont get racial bonus anymore. also, I had 14 levels in long blades already, and a good antimagic claymore. and a good unbranded demon whip does not beat that.
