Let sleeping frogs lie

Twice in my current game finding a sleeping frog has not stopped autoexplore. Once in Lair, here on D:14.

edit: It's just happened again on D:15, with a centaur simulacrum. Autoexplored right past it. Is just my character dump sufficient for a bug report?

tbh your char dump probably won't reveal anything about the bug that your screenshot hasn't already, but include it anyways
