Add Beogh smite-targeted healing to orks

It is so heartbreaking to watch one of my first ork warlords die slowly to poison.

And orc priests have heal other, so it would be thematic.

Yeah, it would be a great addition to tactical decision: Heal that ork, or smite that magi.
It would also be a decent buff to Beogh. It's sometimes hard to keep those orks alive, no matter how hard you try.
