Race: Electric Golem

Another odd attempt at a non-living race. No idea if -I- like it; just a draft.

Stats: 20/20/20; No gain (at all; not even choice on 3rd level)

Abilities:
  • Become Living Lightning - You have the ability to turn yourself into a bolt of lightning and fire yourself at a target. Beam targeted. [Blinkbolt, Cost (2/3) * XL HP; 4 MP. Exhaustion.] Deals electric (checks 1/2 AC and rElec) damage to everything you fire yourself through. Usable about as frequently as Force Leap.
  • Non-Living - You are neither living, nor dead. Dispel Undead (Immune), rPois (Immune), rN (Immune) rTorm rDrown rRot(Immune) Clarity. Attempts to mutate you cause skill drain. You may not use spells that only affect the living (Sublimation of Blood, Regen, Death's Door, Borgjnor's Revivification, All Transmuter Forms). You may not worship Yredelemnul. You cannot quaff potions (no metabolism).
  • Electric Body - rElec (Immune), creatures that hit you are shocked back. (1d(XL) electric damage).
  • Immaterial - You are not completely solid. Base EVx2 (Doesn't affect bonuses from Equipment or the Phase Shift spell). Items cannot be cursed to you. rSticky, rShatter.
  • Electrify - Your UC is Elec branded.
  • Body Shape - You are Large-sized (Centaur, Naga). You have all normal auxiliaries, but can only wear Robes and Magical armour.
  • Noisy - The constant crackle of electricity makes sneaking impossible; constant noise of radius 20.

Large size is the size of Ogre/Trolls, centaur/Naga are weird half medium/half large hybrids, which you probably don't want. It also seems fairly odd to have a large race then get EVx2 and dodging +4 aptitude. Simplify it down so it's easy to tell just how much EV this race will have (ie, make them medium, reduce either the aptitude or the x2 bonus to compensate).

A -30% hp race with limited armor slots (no body armor until dragon armor, assuming no boots/gloves), that also levels at -3 apt, will have nearly no hp and no AC. This race will either take no damage due to it's insane EV, or instantly die. Let them have some robustness. I'd just make them a medium race (body armor allowed) with 0 hp. They can keep -3 exp if you really want them to level slowly, but don't hit them with both.

Noisy's an interesting idea, but radius 20 is too high. 5-10 would be better.
