Guys, you don't get to change the actions. If you pick Attack or Flirt, that's it, you don't get to choose what or how to attack or flirt (Menkaure was going to be the first flirting target anyway). You can pick which item to use and which room to travel to when you choose those options, because they're a shortcut to enumerating every item/room available, but you don't get to pick how that item is used.
If you want more freedom, go to sleep again.
