Remove the satiation requirement from Vamp weapons

Remove the satiation requirement from Vamp weapons

It's tedious and doesn't serve any real design purpose.

I believe the original design purpose was to stop you from wielding some more damaging weapon at full hp, and swapping to the vamp weapon once you lose hp. This is questionable, since undead don't have the wielding cost and yet that situation still doesn't seem to occur - probably since swapping already, you know, takes time and therefore reduces your damage.
I think the rationale has turned into "vamp weapons are really good and should have an extra drawback" now, and not being able to swap is the easiest drawback to have. Again, though, nothing happens with undead that actually suggests vampiric weapons are brokenly overpowered when you can swap freely, especially since the brand got a huge nerf a while ago (only 3/5 attacks heal you now, previously 4/5). Having them inflict slowness or something would probably work better than the food drain does.

Remove the satiation requirement and let them proc on rN+ monsters.
