Not yet! There is a legend that some dwarves still remain, fleeing further and further within their mountain home. Down, down, down into the depths they have run; where no light of day nor howl of night can reach them. They have become a sad lot, withering away, only able to sustain their bodies through their feeble cries to higher powers and the concoctions of alchemists; alchemists who have more sense then the entire misbegotten colony combined, I might add. There is one benefit, however, in that their stubbornness and adjustment to their dismal fate has rendered them oblivious to some degree of harm - a protection that even the creators of this world seem loathe to interfere with. Such meddling may one day occur, but for now, it seems that not even the true gods of this realm dare to destroy the last pitiful remains of this once noble race...
