Monsters that can slow you

I'm looking for a list of monsters that can slow you, irregardless of how. Torpor snail, of course. Eidolon, too. I have two reasons to ask for this.

One is that I'm working on making new overflow altar vaults and such monsters would be thematic for Chei altars.

Two, I have an idea for a monster that inflicts a physical attack slow on you that is irresistible, but the severity is dependent on your strength: it covers you with thick, hardening gunk. A goo-squirting giant velvet worm (onychophoran) would be pretty cool. A mud elemental might work, too. This design space might be too similar to webs, though.

The velvet worm's slime seems to function like a single-use throwing net. Rather than just slowing the prey, it completely immobilizes it.

By "cool" I mean "Ah, shit, not a worm with a throwing net! Go away!"

there are a lot of monsters that can slow irrespective of how. Any monster with the spell 'slow', af_cold (vs draconians) or cold-branded weapons, chaos melee or chaos brand on weapons, anything with curare, torpor snail, the first few turns of petrification. I'm sure I'm missing something

Also, wraiths, freezing wraiths, shadow wraiths.

Indirectly also miasma by death drakes, scarabs and curse toes

let's not forget kobolds w/ curare! or anything with the slow spell

Also a lot of monsters can pick up a slow wand and zap you with it so add them to the list as well.
