Easiest Sigmund ever

I just killed Sigmund in V:3. Any clue what would make him spawn there? He was near (possibly from in; I was being noisy) an odd vault with a bunch of minotaurs and whatnot.

I believe there is a vault in the Vaults which grabs a whole bunch of early dungeon uniques who never got the chance to kill you back in the regular Dungeon, and they all get together to try one more time, as a team.

I've also seen him in Lair once, leading a group of humans. So it might be another vault I don't know of.
