The +6 lightning scales {run, rElec} not showing

So today my dream came true, finding the +6 lightning scales {run, rElec} on a naga

that isn't following Chei

As I equipped it, I waited for the scales to show up on my naga, but unfortunately it didn't. I know that it isn't a big deal or anything, but I'm pretty sure I can remember it being equipped. What's up with that?

I reported this bug several times. Apparently it does show in local tiles, so the bug is WebTiles-exclusive. Also not a priority to fix, I guess.
