Giving -2 apt is weird, just male those skills lime spellcasting, eg penance I during.

I don't like the ideas though. They make trog harder, and I like that there's a newbie/berserker god

The throwing vs launchers idea sounds fun, but I'm not sure Trog needs to work with fewer playstyles. Making all ammo explode might be a good idea for a race or some other deity.

I don't like making Trog more situational, because he's kind of an introductory god. The drawbacks of Berserk and the piety costs of Hand/Brothers are already fairly limiting, without punishing experimentation.

trog is fine. starts out very strong, then really falls off in the late game, compared to some other gods.
