I like it, it seems balanced by comparison to Wyrmbane or a decent non-shortblade. How much damage does it do with 27 fighting 27 shortblades, I wonder?

That could be insteresting. It would be a strong early find on a Ha/Ko (or anything with a resonable short blades Apt).

Doesn't fencers increase both?
