If a felid tries to wear a distressingly furry artefact, the game should say "No, that would be weird."

New item class "stole". Uses armour slot, but provides no AC, instead having a +Stat (STR, INT or DEX) bonus for the enchantment level of the stole. Spawns with additional egos rF+, rC+, rN+, Stealth and EV+4. Wearable by everything (including Draconians and Felids).
