So a chunk of rotting jackal flesh works to kill a giant spore without slaying but a choko without slaying doesn't work? Ranged combat is weird.

RL sticky-flamed sheep:

Combine 2 parts barbecue sauce and 1 part high-proof rum. Coat mutton/lamb chunks. Cook over an open flame.

(The proportions on the sauce probably need work.)

Nah. A glaze of brown rice and kerosene is the way to go for actual sticky-flamed sheep. I am not responsible for any animal cruelty charges brought against you for trying this out.

It isn't proper napalm but it burns and sticks to things and is hard to put out so it counts as honourary napalm.

Styofoam + kerosene would actually be pretty close to Napalm B (which is polystyrene + benzene + some petroleum derivative).

I doubt you'd want to voluntarily eat any sheep that had been immolated with it, though. The combination of residual chemical taste + severely charred organic material is hardly appetizing.
