Why crazy? OgTm seemed a very reasonable combo when I wanted to try Hydra Form. Og does not have decent defenses so its Hydra Form does not make it too bad. Also it has hilarious HP/defense in Statue Form. I sacrificed both Armour and Dodging to Ru in the game and even that was not crazy.

Crazy is too strong of a term, sure, I meant more my high interest in not wielding weapons. It basically comes down to if you have picked Tm, then Og is a great race. But if you've picked Og, Tm isn't usually recommended. GSC + maces or even a large rock hunter are the simpler easy ways to play Og. If you're going Tm, then using forms isn't crazy, it's assumed when you picked the Tm background, which is why I responded to wheals' question. I really loved Og + statue form. Having 419 hp with 27 fighting is insane, and that isn't hp you're about to lose when berserk ends, either. Dragon form would have more of course, but it won't have the 40+ ac.

I had phial, forgot to mention. Gold was useless too as I found last scroll of enchant armour in Zot and Zot cannot generate shops as far as I know (I am in Zot 5 now, no shops).

A weapon shop could have an effect on a felid looking for a timed portal who read magic mapping, but that's not really a big deal in my mind. Do felids currently stop autoexploring when they see weapons or armour?

You didn't say what it cost you to get in. If you weren't an Op, I'd recommend that cloak at the end.

Dropped 2 scrolls of acquisition to enter a trove, it was a weapon trove with a few useless weapon randarts and a couple of +0 claymore and bastard swords of holy wrath among other assorted junk. My character was specialized in long blades and already had a +9 bastard sword of holy wrath. Woo.

A mummy could use a potion of poison (or degeneration) with Ignite Poison to remotely make a cloud of flame (at least). With Stalkers gone though; I think that's literally all you can do with a potion (other than awkwardly throwing it, I suppose).

Had a trove asking for a +3 ice dragon armour. There was an artifact IDA for 2300 gold, so I bought it hoping that was the item, but it was only +0 :cry: . So I butchered an ice dragon, and scrounged up the scrolls, but was left with the choice: push my crystal plate armour to almost max enchant, or burn the ?EA for trove access? I already had 50 AC, so I went for the trove.

It was a junk trove with mundane items. I think I got a potion of haste out of there. /all my rage

No, I just found it funny that doing Slime rewards you with the 2 amulets that are often preferred in Slime. In a typical 3-rune game you don't necessarily need those amulets. There's nothing wrong in wearing them in extended.

I had 2 of these so i figured why the hell not?

There was 4 tiny rooms with various useless crap. Got 3 rings out of it.
1) +inv, rF+ randart ring
2) -3 protection
3) -2 eva

Fairly poor for the character. The ?acquire is nice but hes already holding +7quickblade {elec} and has a +9 pain dagger so the rare blade is junk. So late in the game I also value the haste potion and enchant weap scroll i guess.

edit: acquired wand, got haste, entire trove became worth it as this was the one thing this character lacked.
