Cell phone jammers?

This may be kind of a strange place to ask, but... I've been having this problem where cell phones work too well. People keep calling. I've thought about switching to a worse carrier but I'm under contract. Does anyone know where I might find some kind of device to make them stop working? Is... is that even a thing?

don`t know if this explains everthing. but if you have a problem with your phones or the air just go to radio shack and ask what`s the best is to buy and they will give you honestly an honest real answer and when you buy it you know you have the right thing because they have that job for a reason, to help the people you and me. there was a real problem in my area with stars and light from them so we asked radio shack boys, none of them are real men, and the problem was fixed with money. a real business can do that and its why you need them and they products to right set your fuckup
