They are not undead, so I don't see why not. But also don't recall running in to one.

I ran into them a couple of times (the one I remember was with a character who learned Fireball and encountered a FeBe ghost on the next level).

you don't see fe player ghosts because no one sane plays fe

I thought it was because Fe are so OP they always win.

I knew I wasn't sane...
