I'd say it's not a bug.

At first I expected your summons to break the vault of the ziggurat floors, and that would be a major bug :)

If I remember correctly, the ancient liches are able to break free without help, with OOD.

damn, ancient liches on Depths 4? its a problem. should move it to d3 instead.
