Wiglaf should spawn with a stupid-looking hat
It's perhaps his most distinctive characteristic, and I am disappointed when I'm not able to sport it myself.
Probably it should be a very mediocre randart, with a high chance to include a minus to intelligence (it is very stupid-looking). It would also serve as a warning of the disappointment of Oka's typical gifts, which likely drove him to alcoholism.
