buff earth elementals

If it doesn't fit anywhere else, it belongs here. Also, come here if you just need to get hammered.

Re: buff earth elementals

I wouldn't mind a buff! Maybe a few more AC points and a Speed 7 instead of 6.

More than that though, I'd enjoy seeing these guys as foes more often in the dungeon. Even if you give 2 or 3 of them to Jorgrun as pets, sorta how like Azarel has his Hell Hounds and Fire Elementals. (Oh but that would dissuade him from spamming Shatter so never mind that's no good)

Schwa, I suspect you may have misunderstood the OP.

The only change I'd like to see on elementals is being able to use summon elemental on ice clouds to summon water elementals, possibly making them immune to ice clouds. They're the only elementals that aren't available for easy summon after all.

@Baldu:

http://s-z.org/neil/git/?p=crawl.git;a=commit;h=f6694988d39908c035bb559df60ab662fdbfe85d
  Code:
Remove the Summon Elemental spell

It was fairly fiddly and unclear in its mechanics, and elemental
summoning is now covered by the elemental evokers (and possibly the storm
god at some point in the future too)· Moved Summon Forest from the book
of the Warp to replace it in the book of Summonings, and added Dispersal
to replace it in the book of Wizardry.

Yeah, RIP.

It was also a good dig spell. And a good anti invis spell. And a good create blockers spell for conjurers. :(
