Unique: Elf Dragon

I haven't named him; but it's a unique idea; a (D) that's only found in some Elf:3 end vaults as an ultimate boss. A deep elf that transmuted himself into a Dragon and got stuck in form. (Ergo the only D that can cast actual spells and the greatest SINGLE MONSTER threat in Elf).

In short, it's a really beefy deep elf annihilator that can also kill you in melee and is flavored as an annihilator that Transmuted himself into a dragon (Storm Dragon to be specific).

I like the idea of a spellcaster dragon, but I'm not sure Elf is the right place for it since its risk/reward ratio is already not that great.

Well people would only want to go through it if it guarded...the Orb, a rune or a vault full of loot; because the XP by itself is not enough...where would you place it?

That spell set looks like all four unique Hell lords combined. This would be _deadly_.

Observation: there is already an unique dragon. There is no unique chicken. Also, it's nearly Easter.

Concept is good, power level is off. No reason to give an elf or a dragon more than base 10 speed, and the spell power on those conjurations is very high. Should take some spellpower off each. A higher health, three melee attack annihilator is already extreme; giving it intrinsic haste is just cruel. I'd probably also remove banishment, although if you're in elf you probably have enough to resist that and would love to see him waste a turn, so who knows.

When banishment in a monster's spell set lowersit's threat level, there's a good chance that monster belongs in the "Never ever fight it if you can avoid it" category.
And people don't need any more reason to avoid elf.
