Rename Formicid to Dwarf

Hear me out on this:
1) We have no basic dwarf anymore despite them being a staple of the genre.
2) We are getting to where the animal-hybrid species are getting stupid. Admittedly, I'd rather play an ant-man than a sentient cat, but this just feels out of place.
3) Admittedly, I've not gotten past about D15 in a while, and was on a hiatus from the game, but I don't think I've seen talk of Formicid enemies, so there's not really a place for them anyway.
4) Why wouldn't Dwarves be able to dig? Most of the benefits Fo get could easily apply to a Dw species. Earth affinity, shield affinity, good Strength. Hell, it makes more sense for Dwarves to have built the dungeon than intelligent ants anyway.

Now, I admit, I haven't done a whole lot of research. I may have missed some reason why this can't or won't happen. But as I didn't see such a proposal on here yet, I thought I'd put it out there.

Being a staple of the genre is why Mountain Dwarves got removed instead of Minotaurs. "Every other game has one" is not likely to make the devs come around to your position.

Formicids, formicid drones, and formicid venom mages can currently generate in Spider's Nest.

PS I'll wait patiently for Lava Orcs being renamed into anything other than Orcs. Even Lava Smurfs will do better.

I think formicids should actually be changed to vectormen, which are basically dudes made out of rockets. All attacks can remain the same except they use rockets that explode, and when a formicid / vectorman dies, it blows up everything around it in vengeance just so you can feel pretty good about how you died. And rocket jumps. And no silly hearts on rockets in webtiles showing that they're friendly, because rockets aren't FRIENDLY they are ROCKETS.
