Abyssal player ghosts: How to troll in webtiles

Here is a guide to make other players in webtiles annoying.

== Guide to mass-production abyssal player ghosts like a factory ==

1. Select CeAK or SpAK, start with spear (CeAK is better)

2-1. Raise polearm skill to 2.0 (Now you have 1.0 turn/atk with spear, which will help you deal with melee enemies of spd10 easily)
2-2. Pick one rapier (or short sword) which will be your main weapon. Raise short blade skill to 10.0 (Now you get 0.5 turn/atk with dagger)
2-3. Prepare one dagger, use all scrolls of enchant weapon you get to it
2-4. Make piety 6* asap. Put all remaining skill points to fighting (to get more HP)
2-5. If you find some nasty spells (Confuse, Ensorcelled Hibernation, Meph Cloud, Slow - only if you couldn't find other spells), learning them is strongly recommended.

3-1. Brand distortion to dagger and wield it
3-2. Go Lair:1 or Orc:1
3-3. Deliberately let monsters kill you.
Oh, don't forget quaff all buff potions (might, brill, agility, resistance) at the moment of death. They *do* apply to stats of ghosts you've produced. Make your AC high as well.

But choosing dagger is right, since daggers have best accuracy. (Or wpns' base accuracy doesn't matter? I don't know)
If wpn's base accuracy doesn't matter, then spear would be the best choice.

Look, all you really need to do is play a Draconian and leave a draining breath ghost, and that's way less fiddly

Is there any sort of limit to the level of a player ghost based on the floor level? Can a level 27 with firestorm die on the orb run up on d:4 and then spawn on d:4 for new players? I'd assume not, but I don't know what the check is - is there a max ghost level per floor?

Skilled troller can manufacture one XL7 draconian per 10 min, one 6* CeAK per 20 min.

I don't think there's a level cap for ghost level.

At least this source code appears that there is no level cap after D:2, but I'm not sure that it really applies in practice.
(Cause I've seen that there are source codes intended to block D:1 adders to appear till 700 turns, but they do not work actually.)

If your distortion ghost successfully banishes a player, it will be destroyed if that character dies in the Abyss. Ghosts only get to persist to kill additional players if their victim dies on the same level as the ghost. AK builds are not especially efficient for griefing compared to select book backgrounds. Or just spamming fast berserker ghosts.
