Number of CMut Pots?

How many cmut pots were typically found in the pre-extended game before the removal of the rmut amulet? Now, I find usually 4ish, but sometimes up to 8.

Depends on how many negative mutations I have.

It's random, I guess. Usually I have around 1-5.

In my experiences before they were made more common, I typically only found one or two, at most.
